• Built a strategy to handle losing money due to charged backs. It reduced the loss of money by 36k USD.
• Lead infrastructure migration that allows us to improve data consistency, start to build a mobile app and improve user experience.
• Implement both SCRUM methodology and MoSCoW framework. It increased the development velocity in order to 75%.
• Query optimization that allows to reduce the latency by 92%.

• Improve the productivity of developers in order to 300% by implementation of GitFlow, creation of Azure DevOps repository. It aimed to keep track of changes for Acumatica ERP which is a customizable system that controls the enterprise’s operation.
• In charge of the company's website development. Applying the best marketing practices, the website got to increase the revenue needed to pay website infrastructure cost, which means the cost of the website was reduced by 100%.
